The Presenter Agrees
- To regularly hold Presentations at which only Northern Lights at Home products will be sold.
- To recruit, sell and deliver products to ultimate consumers in the USA only. The sale of Northern Lights at Home products in retail or service establishments of any kind is inconsistent with Northern Lights at Home's' intent that sales be only by means of personal and home demonstrations, sales presentations and like group gatherings.
- To presents facts concerning a Northern Lights at Home career and product in a truthful manner.
- To promptly honor the Northern Lights at Home guarantee and refund policies.
- As an independent contractor, to file all reports and tax returns by law and to abide by all legal requirements.
- The Presenter is not an employee of Northern Lights at Home for Federal tax purposes and all other purposes.
- To reflect the highest standard of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in dealing with Customers and Presenters.
- Not to use Northern Lights' trademarks or trade names in any advertising or literature without the permission of Northern Lights at Home.
- To purchase all products directly from Northern Lights at Home.
- Not to incur any obligation or liability on behalf of Northern Lights at Home.
- To accept the responsibilities of recruiter for any of their recruits.
Northern Lights at Home Agrees
- To allow a discount on any products listed at their suggested retail prices. This discount shall not apply to any sales aids or literature.
- To provide 10 days written notice prior to changing any discount and commission provisions.
- To pay commissions to Presenters according to the Northern Lights at Home Compensation Plan.
This agreement can only be changed in writing signed by an authorized executive of Northern Lights at Home. This agreement may be terminated by either part effective immediately for any breach of its provisions or upon 30 days written notice.
