Lauraine Blier began her career in the home party plan business in 1970 and enjoyed an award-winning 23 career as a top national manager, top national recruiter, and enjoyed promoting hundreds of people into management with the largest party plan company in the world at that time. Lauraine has the innate ability to draw out the best in every single person she meets and works with. Her caring and communication are the hallmarks of her effectiveness in building stars. Having retired a number of years ago from the home party plan business, Lauraine has come out of retirement to lend her expertise to building top people with our company. She absolutely delights in watching people develop. She gives people 150% and is truly our Star Builder and Trainer. How fortunate we are to have her on our team! Lauraine will be working on helping us develop areas by building strong sales people and leaders as well as bringing great training to our conferences for all to share. How lucky we are to have her on board because it takes a winner to build winners!
