Dear Northern Lights at Home Presenters:
This letter has been drafted to inform those who mistakenly think that materials featured on the Northern Lights at Home website is "free for the taking". In actuality, these materials are intended for reading by those who visit the site: not for copying, distributing, uploading on other sites or republishing in any way.

Unfortunately I have recently discovered widespread plagiarism of Northern Lights at Home material. Such unauthorized use includes uploading our text and images within frames on other web sites, using the Northern Lights at Home logo, etc.

All material featured on the Northern Lights at Home website is copyrighted. If you made unauthorized use of our material before reading this letter, please contact Northern Lights at Home’s Vice President of Sales Development Jeannie Skiffington (jeannie@northernlightsathome.com), and explain your situation before I, or someone else, discovers it. You can always repair the situation before it escalates.

Northern Lights at Home is not trying to discourage the use of personal websites to promote your businesses, and in most cases, the websites are very attractively done, but there is a fine line between the sharing of ideas and the actual use of someone else's writings and works. Northern Light at Home respects others and expects the same in return. If you wish to maintain your own personal website, please do so with the following guidelines:

Your personal website:
· Should not imply, either directly or indirectly, Northern Lights at Home is endorsing your website’s products;
· Should not use any Trademarks (i.e. the Northern Lights at Home logo, images, etc.);
· Should not contain content or material that could be construed as offensive, controversial, or distasteful and should only contain content that is appropriate for all age groups;
· Should not disparage Northern Lights at Home or its products in any way or otherwise negatively effect or harm the reputation and goodwill of Northern Lights at Home;
· Should not present false or misleading information about Northern Lights at Home or the Northern Lights at Home career opportunity;
· Should not misrepresent any relationship with Northern Lights at Home;
· Should not replicate in any manner any content found in the Northern Lights at Home site; and
· Should not create a browser or border environment around Site material.

I find it regretful to have to construct this letter. The current situation can be corrected without any legal inclusion, but if the problem continues, Northern Lights at Home will be compelled to take action against offending parties.

Thank you for your attention.
